I think that 'slam the boards' is a really great way for librarians assist others in finding information and make people aware of what we can do.
I think that it would be a great idea to set a system in the library so that patrons can rate or review a book that they have read. it would be very helpful in assisting patrons when they are selecting an item to borrow.
